Better coverage than I thought actually...no glitches so far

Lost printer drivers or other causes for printer not working. Did not completely transfer needed software when new hard disk installed.

if you have no other option they can help. keep in mind you will probably dish out a few hundred bucks just to get them to tell you whats wrong with it. also a few hundred more just to fix it.

On time performance and completed correctly the first time.

Good product, but needed something with more power.

To much money for checking a hdd to see if its damaged.

I was going to wipe out my hard-drive myself however, for the great price they offered I elected to let them do it. It was fast and done right and I have had no problems since. Good job Geek Squad.

Thanks to the Geek squad I got it back working....

Made an appointment for a malware removal from a laptop, that had 2 different soft ware programs that were up to date to prevent this sort of stuff. Still had to wait for 30 minutes past that time to see a geek squad rep. The work that was done was good and got rid of the problem but the wait time was absurd. there were reps that were available to see people, but I guess they were more interested in working in the back. One rep just stood at a check out register for 15 minutes before calling a customer to help, than after dealing with them and their issue, he left never to be seen again. I would recommend to a friend but with reservations!

Had my computer reprogrammed because of a problem. All worked well until I discovered that my c/d, DVD player recorder doesn't work. Rather disappointed to find that out and I don't want to pay another $100 to have that part programmed in.
