    NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH THE TECH , I FELT RUSHED, AND WAS SENT HOME BEFORE UNIT WAS COMPLETELY REPAIRED AND TO TO FINISH DOWNLOAD AT HOME ! I BELIEVE HE WAS "WELL QUALIFIED TO REPAIR THE MAC BUT TOO IMPATIENT WITH ME !!

    your pricing for repairs are beyond reprehensible and ridiculous. I am certain that I will NOT return to a best buy store for anything just as I have done in the past, your inflated pricing.

    Good service took longer. They called said it was done, called back it has crashed. We are flood victims so hope it will start back up and run with no problems. Other wise we will be back to start over. Lap top will not come on.

    I was told they will transfer my kids photos from An old dell laptop to a easystorage portable! Not only all transfer was not done the way they promise☹️ Most importantly My kids photo was not included when hey gave me the copy ! I called him back two weeks later and told them I found the photos of my kids on iPad I need them to transfer the photos in my easy storage , they cannot do that either☹️☹️☹️. I am very disappointed !!☹️I have to pay for $200 dollar be a member

    All problems fixed, pc operates perfect.

    All problem areas were corrected, operates perfect. All files were transferred to new pc and set up was perfect. Tech's did their job perfect and explained what the problem areas were.

    I will absolutely never take my pc back to geek squad They didn’t do what they said they were going to do and also gave my pc back worse then it was when it arrived so I fixed it myself instead. Such a waste.

    Front counter agents don't actually know how to diagnose a PC, true talent lies behind the precinct wall lol quoted a week to wipe and reinstall windows, called two days later and said it was done.

    Checked out hardware and software for the second time and the “blue screen of death” issue still appeared. Total fail! I bought another computer from another seller.

    I will only bring my computer to the Geek Squad when it has "performance issues". They are always patient and kind and are very knowledgeable . I also find them consistently trustworthy.

    Ultimately my problem was the WiFi card went bad, but they thought a new installation of the OS would solve that.

    Honestly, one star was too much. Not factoring in the employee’s attitudes, the communication between the employees on repairs was inconsistent. I was told to pay when I pick up the computer and the husband was told to pay at drop off. So when I went to drop off the computer I was told I did not need to pay. I had to make all the trips in person, because this department NEVER answered the phone. NEVER! Worst experience EVER!

    Had Lenovo computer wish issues hard drive put in while in Korea. Geek squad was able to fix problems and updates when I returned state side

    Absolutely worthless… Got my lab top back, it doesn’t even connect to the internet and I sign in with no username or password… Lol, zero credentials. Thanks geek squad, I spent a hundred dollars unsecured local non intranet with no network on laptop 7 months old for 7 hundred dollars now 8! Great!

    The agents did not provide any support. Purchased computer failed and it did not work. They claimed our fault even though it did not work out of the box. Only after talking to several agents and managers did they finally agree that it was their fault and they would send to get it fixed. They came back and said it was the mother board! Just as we had informed them.

    Re imaged laptop which was only a few month old. It was corrupted os. Could not get past password. After reimage the USB ports turn off randomly.
