Checked out hardware and software for the second time and the “blue screen of death” issue still appeared. Total fail! I bought another computer from another seller.

Honestly, one star was too much. Not factoring in the employee’s attitudes, the communication between the employees on repairs was inconsistent. I was told to pay when I pick up the computer and the husband was told to pay at drop off. So when I went to drop off the computer I was told I did not need to pay. I had to make all the trips in person, because this department NEVER answered the phone. NEVER! Worst experience EVER!

The young lady that I dealt with was WONDERFUL!!!! She was very professional and friendly!! She is an example of how customer service should be

Had Lenovo computer wish issues hard drive put in while in Korea. Geek squad was able to fix problems and updates when I returned state side

Absolutely worthless… Got my lab top back, it doesn’t even connect to the internet and I sign in with no username or password… Lol, zero credentials. Thanks geek squad, I spent a hundred dollars unsecured local non intranet with no network on laptop 7 months old for 7 hundred dollars now 8! Great!

Re imaged laptop which was only a few month old. It was corrupted os. Could not get past password. After reimage the USB ports turn off randomly.

The agents did not provide any support. Purchased computer failed and it did not work. They claimed our fault even though it did not work out of the box. Only after talking to several agents and managers did they finally agree that it was their fault and they would send to get it fixed. They came back and said it was the mother board! Just as we had informed them.

I was misinformed on cost was eventually corrected a hem i questioned but was annoying being told one thing in person versus on the phone

Geek Squad did a great job reinstalling the drivers and everything that needed to be put back into Operating System. Thank you Geek Squad!!!

Got my computer back, screen freezes all the time now, takes forever to load now.

Good experience in fixing & updating laptop. I recommend them if you don't have time or know how to fix your computer.

This one was bought for my 10 year old granddaughter so her mom can get hers back! We all will have one now. She is addictied to it.

terrible service from the tech. she talked to me like I was a piece of crud. Then told me she didn't have to take that from me! What a joke. If it were not for the manager stepping in, I would never walk in your store again!! It is terrible that your company allows the staff to treat customers like that. absolutely shameful

My computer was cleaned out by the Geek squad. It was not clearly explained that this meant EVERYTHING would be cleared off. They didn't ask if I had back up. Now I have a computer that can do nothing. The lines are so incredibly long that by the time you get to the counter, you just want them to take care of it and they are so rushed, they could care less. In the future, I'm going to Microcenter.

Technicians were very helpful and provided good customer service. Couldn't fix problem but did the best they could.

I had to replace a defective IPOD for running , The generation 3 is small and compact for running.

The geek squad thoroughly explained the process and adjusted the price when they were unable to perform part of the process.
