My laptop was difficult to use and frequently locked up. After the tune up it works great.

My Surface Pro 3 got corrupted probably through one of Microsoft's updates. They got the OS reinstalled.

Not sure I would recommend the install to family and friends.

The task was to install an older print driver on Windows 10 to run my current printer. I was not told this might not work. Instead, with a zip file installed, I was told to just run the zip file and it will work. I would rate the price for the install as fair, but since it did not work, now that money seems like it was thrown away.

Geek Squad spent close to a week on an issue with our new laptop purchased at this store where the system continuously locked up. They were unsuccessful in fixing the problem and had little to no input on why the situation occurred in the first place. Disappointed with experience. I had to scrap the new laptop and replace with another one at a higher cost.

Did a good job working on my alienware m17x. Windows 8 is a nasty one to remove. Mission accomplished!

Computer had frozen up. I had expected it to get repaired with all my programs intact. When I picked it up, I found all of my programs, documents, pictures everything had been removed. The computer was empty except for windows. Very shocked and disappointed. Lucky I had most of the software to reinstall but my documents and pictures are gone forever.

install was fine. Technician failed to do back-up or to follow up. I realize failing to be my own back up falls on me. However, when the team fails to follow through as promised. Very disappointed.

Fixed my problem just as stated & it was done very promptly

I brought them in my Desk top to repair, they said no problem. Then they called me to tell me it couldn't be fixed, that I needed to replace it. I took it to a small Computer store and PC Repair and they fixed my issue that day.

The problem was diagnosed and fixed within a few days!..
