Geek Squad failed to keep promise!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.install was fine. Technician failed to do back-up or to follow up. I realize failing to be my own back up falls on me. However, when the team fails to follow through as promised. Very disappointed.

Not Reliable.

Then they called me to tell me it couldn't be fixed, that I needed to replace it. I took it to a small Computer store and PC Repair and they fixed my issue that day.

Terrible service

Upgrade to Windows 10 went very well.

The sent me an email, but they had my computer, so I could not get the email. Manager said they were supposed to call.

Request to look over computer & clean

When picked up my husband was told it had a virus and lots to clean up. No details, no written confirmation of what was done. The computer is acting just as poorly as it did before.

System restore

I had everything backed up on cloud services but I guess that's not included on the software install reboot.
