Upgrade to Windows 10 went very well, but was supposed to get a call when it was completed, but never did. The sent me an email, but they had my computer, so I could not get the email. Manager said they were supposed to call.

Geek Squad helped get my laptop back up and working!

Person that reinstalled windows did not wipe the laptop completely as requested as virus remained .

I received service and updates in a timely manner.

Left computer at store for a couple of hours. When picked up my husband was told it had a virus and lots to clean up. No details, no written confirmation of what was done. The computer is acting just as poorly as it did before.

My operating system crashed due to a Windows 10 update and I've lost files and everything still doesn't work properly. I had everything backed up on cloud services but I guess that's not included on the software install reboot.

Terrible service and only to reset the iOS service Very discounted and kept the usb hookup for my mouse. Had to buy a new one.

they barley got my computer working after 3 visits. and they kept finding something new wrong with it with each visit.

It was never fixed they said it was and as soon as we got it had the same issue

When I took my computer in to have the technician to install Windows 10 because I could not get it to install. The technician said well the easiest way is to do a hard install, little did I realize that meant that everything on my computer would be GONE. My Office package GONE, all of my programs GONE, Now since I am not a computer GEEK this is a big problem for me. My computer fades out in color after about 30 minutes, which I believe is due to everything being removed. I do not think you should every tell people that a hard install is the easiest way. They may not know it means EVERYTHING GONE. The Reason I brought my computer to you all is I am a frequent computer user but not a computer fixer.

took wife laptop in to have new hard drive installed. When it was returned to us the charging port does not work. Said we would have to pay again and they would have to ship it off to be fixed

There are many ways to update an old computer, but I choose BB, because they did some work on my laptop previously. The job was fair, but should have considered doing it myself. Ok job.

Agents transferred my data and wiped my computer as I asked now my computer doesn’t want to turn on no more after I only used it 3 times after picking it up

All I needed was a screen replaced. They accessed my computer and altered my window icons and I was not pleased. I was not interested in being sold any other products and now my computer is slower.
