Could not solve my computer issue, but not willing to refund, unbelievable

Only thing I don't like is how noticeably they are on there sales. I was give 2 choices and that I would notified before any charges were made. False,they assumed to work and charge then contact me.

I hate Windows 10. Was much happier with 7, but I had a problem with it and its being discontinued. Going to try to have it reinstalled for as long as I can.

Took my computer in for updates, now I can't even sign in. Also missing half of my icons. No choice, I'll give them another try !

Put in my laptop for repair and install of operating software-received e-mail that it was done-called,come and get-away not done

We were told that it would be 39 dollars to install . Then the price became 99 dollar's to install.

Poor rating, was told it would take 2 days, it is now 2 months and still nothing.

The update failed because Gateway computers are proprietary and used a different Windows 10.

Had a good experience with timely manner to have my pc fixed. Also very friendly service at the geek squad.

Instructions to set up are not easy for beginners.

The Geek Squad cold not reset the OS in my computer after 5 days. They wanted more money and 5 to 10 days to fix it. I said no, was given my money back -- called Toshiba was told what I needed to do and fixed the problem myself - Total time = 2 days for them to ship the S/W andabout 4 hours for me to Restore the system back to normal working condition. (3 Hrs S/W loading time and less than 1 hour of my reading and responding to the new S/w loading instructions. My total cost $35. The affected computer was only 4 1/2 months old. It now works perfectly.

Seriously, I went to get my laptop cleared and restarted just because I didn't feel like doing it myself. I expected to pay maybe $50 since it was such simple work, I was charged $100 and it took over a week to get done. My laptop sat in "receiving" for 3 days untouched! I had to call and hound Geek Squad at least 2x a day for those 3 days to get it done. I will never use geek squad again.

If I had been told that the protection plan only covered parts and nothing else I would not have bothered taking my computer in to BB. I could have paid half of what i was charged at the store. Never again will I purchase a plan from BB.

I was treated terribly and talked down to, made to feel stupid. They did not fix my laptop and told me it was my internet service and not my laptop. Ended up having someone else fix it for one-quarter the price. Wrote to Geek Squad corporate offices to get my money back.

I told the guy 4 or 5 times that I wanted certain data saved and then they could restore one of the backups on the external, so I'd have all of my apps and settings. They saved the data and then Wiped The Machine. Grrrrr.....

I went to geek squad to have my laptop wiped and updated. Geek squad explained every step of the process to me clearly and made recommendations based on there knowledge because im not tech savvy. The whole process was a breeze thanks to the time and care they pit into each customer like myself. They told me my laptop would be ready within 24 hours and i picked it up the next day. I recommend using geek squad for your tech needs as they made everything for me in this process easy. Thank you geek squad

Was horrible, told me there was a failure in the main board. Took it elsewhere and there was only a driver problem and fixed it 5 days faster the the Greek squad had ou computer..
