I had the Geek Squad install a new digital hard drive into my Lenovo desktop. They installed it and made it my boot drive and copied all files over without fail. It works great! The only issue I had was they were supposed to cancel my one account and transfer over to my new account which I found out later was never completed.

Lousy install and poor product, I'm completely dissatisfided with Best Buy.

Not very helpful. Yeah, they reinstalled the software but didn't give any feedback to what was wrong with my system. I called them after picking it up and nobody returned my call. Poor service

i guess they did their job. my computer issue was immune to their efforts but ended up going away with time.

Process was easy and all work and communication were great

It was only supposed to take a day to reload the computer and after three days when I said it shouldn't take that long I finally got someone to stop the process and determine that the computer couldn't be fixed.

Trying to push warranties. The company is making the employees push expensive warranties.

The Geek Squad did a tune up on my son's computer. Seemed to work better afterwards.

Took in my laptop because it would not launch Chrome. Spent two days to have the Geek Squad reninstall Windows 10- a few days later Chrome failed to load again. Back to Geek Squad. A few days later received a call that my hard drive failed. Not sure how or why but it did.
