    It was only supposed to take a day to reload the computer and after three days when I said it shouldn't take that long I finally got someone to stop the process and determine that the computer couldn't be fixed.

    The Geek Squad did a tune up on my son's computer. Seemed to work better afterwards.

    Too bad it killed my new laptop

    Took in my laptop because it would not launch Chrome. Spent two days to have the Geek Squad reninstall Windows 10- a few days later Chrome failed to load again. Back to Geek Squad. A few days later received a call that my hard drive failed. Not sure how or why but it did.
