I went to geek squad because my pc was acting up. I could not even get pass the start up. I loved that geek squad gave me options along with honest answer for future purchases. They fixed my pc in a timely fashion and would use them again.

The agent was very helpful in finding a solution to my problem. He brought it back to life and helped me identify offers to save money.

Was mad about having to buy it the computer was 2 months old and was corrupted from a hp update from hp but I was told there is no warranty implied on software when purchasing a new computer but I had to have it installed

The Geek Squad was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Not only was he able to repair the issue with my MacBook, but he was able to offer suggestions for backing up file to an external hard drive which is something I'd been thinking about but hadn't gotten around to doing.
