I got this not just because I love pink but the two prior reviews looked good and the price was not bad. It arrived days late but the customer service rep accomideted me so I was happy. I did curb side pickup(employees are always so sweet and accomidating)McAllen TX location. Well so excited that very day I opened it and family helped to put it together. I was so sad. It was well packaged, secure, but the one arm rest was broken and the chair itself looked like it had a burn hole from a cigarette. I took it back hoping to order another but they were out of stock. I upgraded and asked masher to meet me half way on the price. Instead he felt so bad he took good care of me and matched it. It's brown but better quality according to many more reviews. Let's hope it arrives on time and in tact. I'll review once I've had a week of use. I have 3☆ because I truly am disappointed I didn't get it in pink, on time, have to still wait but i do love Best Buy, the options and the employees.
