Well it doesn't work and I'm mad because not only did I read these reviews I thought that I could trust them and threw away my box now I'm stuck with incapable blender and horrible customers service( I've been on hold for over one hour and it only 10 am)

Top piece fits loosely on the base, no locking device...a negative. Also, cover seems cheap and loose. Metal chopper is very sharp and csn easily cut your fingers. Motor is strong though and loud.

Perhaps our paticular blender had a defect, but our impression is that the mechanical design of this model is terrible. The motor is understrength, loud, and the machine vibrates heavily during normal use. The blender can't be left unattended for even a seconds during use. it has to be held down. We had it literally vibrate off a countertop when making an ordinary smoothie. Don't waste your money on this junk.

Tried to make a milkshake and could smell the motor burning up after 5 seconds. After that, the blender was not as strong and sounded sick. Still works, but it is definitely weaker.

This thing jumped all over the counter, left black marks, and sounded like it was dying every time I used it. I bought a better one within a week.
