Worked great initially

Now it is January, 2016 -- Product is not working properly --- one side in each slot does not heat up... only toasts on one side ... tried to reset all the options, nothing worked... This product was gently used ... Trying a Cuisinart product now. Just feel that this should have lasted more than 1 3/4 yrs.
