I also like the cool areas. I kept getting burned on my last toaster (NOT this toaster) because it seems it was hot everywhere! The "cancel" button is nice as well.

One side of the toast would come out look like it got back from a trip to hell and the other side would look like it was shoved in the freezer....joking but you get the point. The heating elements were poorly made and installed.

Only one side toasts...Would take it back but lost the receipt...and have had it for a couple of months :(
