The only knock on this toaster is the cheap feeling on the button levers. As you move the levers down to start toasting you can feel the "flimsiness" in the mechanism. I question the long term life span. Otherwise it's a decent value for the price I paid. It definitely looks nice.

The crumb tray on each side is convenient to remove and clean the toaster. I wish the cord were centrally located on the back side rather than coming out of the back-right corner ... but I can live with that minor design flaw.

Has very even toasting on both sides of the bread. Cool to the touch plastic wraps the outside of the toaster, unlike our old toaster with metal outer “skin.”
