bought this toaster because of the name and features. After 2 years half of it stopped toasting.

OK toaster. Bagels get stuck frequently. Poor design for a toaster with a Bagel option.

would not recommend.doesnt work well ,looks cheap and it is.

Used it once and it died. Would not buy this again

Toaster levers are cheap and burners do not all seem to function well.

After several weeks of use two of the heating elements would not work. Up to that time I was very happy with the toaster. Also the price was reasonable. Very disappointed that I had to return the toaster, however, Best Buy credited my account....no problem with the return so they stand by their merchandise.

I returned this item to store primarily because the design looked cheap and 'clunky' on my small countertop space. I ended up purchasing a stainless steel 'vintage' design with more features and great small countertop space appeal. Never tried using the toaster so it may function fine.

You should take your entire stock of Oster toasters, find the largest tractor ever made, run over the entire stock and take them to a recycle center. Or....use them for Abrams tank target practice. We took it back, got a refund and bought a General Electric toaster at Walmart.

I was disappointed in this toaster. It worked only intermittently on one side and always burnt everything, no matter the setting. I took it back and was given another under the warranty. Both sides work but still burns everything.

To be completely fair - I think I need an industrial and somewhat unbreakable toaster for my office. It works just fine, but within a few weeks of having it one of the 'pusher' buttons (I'm sure there's a technical word for that...lever?) broke off. Was this due to light material? Was it due to one of my coworkers impatiently slamming it down and trying to make toast before they had a sip of coffee? I'm sure a combination of both. If I bought this for personal use or for my house I think it would be perfect. Light, easy to clean, and a basic toaster. For the office where not everyone treats things like you would, I would not recommend. I love my coworkers, truly, but this toaster was not meant for us! If you have kids, or coworkers who act like kids, maybe get something with a little more umph in it.

It didn't toast along the whole slide. The slice of bread didn't go all the way down to toast the full piece.

Cheap, one foot longer than the other, Sorry I bought it.

TAKES FOREVER TO TOAST. NOT BIG ENOUGH FOR BAGELS.

I have had this toaster for a couple of weeks now and it works as promised. This is the first toaster that I have owned where I do not have to constantly flip the bread over in order to toast evenly. The temp control works well also on my unit finding the setting just below 4 to be perfect for a nice lightly browned piece of toast. The timers are also set very close for both sets of slots as they always pop up within a couple of seconds of each other. I do not bagel, so I cannot comment of that function. Good unit and the retractable cord is a great feature for the price. As far as durability, it is still too new to really grade it here which is why I did not give it an excellent in that catagory.

very cheap materials, I missed the window to return it and have been using it for almost 4 years. Overpriced for the quality, still works but not great.

I usually buy a 2 slice toaster as it is just my husband and I that would be using it. This four slice toaster makes it so easy to be able to toast bread, bagels, or muffins at the same time so one person does not have to wait. I also like the ability to clean out the crumb tray without having to disconnect and turning the toaster over in order to open that tray. The two trays are independent of each other. You pull the tray out, clean off, and it goes back without a problem.

Device efficient and good design, the cord is retractable.

I was very happy with this toaster for about 6 months, then recently one of the slots broke. The spring is damaged and the toast / bagel will not pop up when it is finished. Thus, it gets burned. Will be trying to return this item very soon.

Bought this item for two primary reasons. One, toasts two bagels/toast each at it's own temperature and. two, it was on sale. It is larger than your average toaster and if left on the counter will take-up lots of space. VERY easy to clean without cutting yourself. The cable hiding option is a huge plus. So far so good .

It does its job. Sometimes the lever won't stay down the way I think it should. Also, one side of the bread toasts more than the other, and the top of the bread doesn't toast at all. I don't expect too much from a toaster so I'm not disappointed with this item, especially at the price, yet there is room for improvement. Overall, for the price I'd use the word: adequate.
