The thermostat is inaccurate and cooks much hotter than the dialed temperature. 350 degrees is closer to 500 degrees. If you don't carefully watch the items in the oven, they will be burnt before you know it. Glad it wasn't expensive as I will be tossing in the garbage as soon as I buy a replacement.

Difficult to use/regulate as toaster. Difficult to reach in to retrieve food due to low clearance.

No timing on toast so it burnt every slice the first Oster product I have been disappointed with

Entire unit except small area of handle gets very hot. Easy to burn hands when opening device. Did not feel comfortable using device.

I use it but it's not great it splatters a lot of grease and oil if use for a long time.

From day 1 it burns everything. If I didn’t stand in front of it and watch it cook or toast it burnt. The first time I used it, the toast went on fire. After awhile I threw it out. Terrible appliance. Would never recommend this product

Inside space is very small, could not fit in properly a 9-10 inch plate to reheat. The door handle heated too much, almost burnt myself. Had to return the unit.

used this toaster oven one time while toasting bread and the door sprung and stayed this way...returned immediately.

Out of the box, be prepared to lay out the instructions on a large table, as they unfold like an atlas map (Oster: we need a Quick Start booklet, not wallpaper). Ease of use gets 1 star due to having too many dials to work with before the unit evens turns on - the dial timer is awful! You have to turn the timer past the 20 minute mark just to turn this thing on and then you get to listen to incessant ticking while you wait for your toast to burn. That's right...no darkness selector on the toaster function. If you turn your back for a second, your toast burns because this thing runs for as long as the timer was set to turn it on! The "stainless" is limited to the door only - the rest of the unit is just gray metal, so 2 stars for that. Haven't used the turbo/convection function yet, so I'm standing by my first impression: looked nice, doesn't function easily = 3 stars overall.

Is a bad quality, the first time I used it the tray got burn, the tray and everything is made with a cheap material, I will never recommend someone to get one of this

Very cheaply made even for cost. All coating peals off after a Couple washes use with caution.

i wanted the oven for toast but you have to keep your eye on it otherwise it's burnt toast

No matter what tempature it is set to, what ever is in it burns in 5 mins.

I have had this oven for three years now but probably during the first year the broil quit working on it I almost threw it out so I took it apart and one of the wires have came off and then work great but this is happened three times so far finally tossing it and buying another one for $39 can’t beat the price when it Cooks it does look like the new one is a little bit different style guess we’ll see how this one works

Oven came dented so I returned. But I tested it before deciding to get the same one or not. I didn't like the following. To toast, you have to turn timer past 20 and then back again. This will only break the timer eventually. In addition to setting the middle dial to toast, you also have to set the top dial to 450/broil. All just to toast? The oven door also gets extremely hot. I burned myself by accidentally touching the top metal part of door when wrapping my fingers around handle. The handle itself is designed nicely but it's very easy to burn yourself if not paying attention. Nice looking oven but going to try a different one.
