They loved it so we bought one for our home. It arrived and several screws were lose in the carton seemed like they over tightened the screws in the door and stripped them. Exchange for same item and the new one was fine. It works great and I recommend based on the reshipped item

It is very big and takes up a lot of counter space and so far the things we have cooked in it was not very good.. just barely better than microwave quality imo. We are going to try different recipes and keep trying it, but so far I am not a big fan of the air fryer craze.
