    This item came impressively packed but during handling the fan must have been knocked around. Probably because it is a crappy fan. It makes an unbearable noise hitting something. Since I bought it as a deal of the day BB won't swap it out and instead will make me pay $100 more out of pocket to swap it. To ship for warranty service would cost more than it is worth. This is my first and last Oster product. What a piece of junk.

    All the functions work ok. The unit is large and barely fits under the kitchen cabinets.
