The problem I had with it is that when you put the baking tray under the wired rack for air frying (as the directions tell you to do) it always leaves inch and half black marks on each corner of the baking tray after air frying something every single time. And these skid marks are impossible to remove, even with comet, bleach, etc. There is absolutely nothing on the wired rack that should be causing this as it's totally metal. The directions say not to use any foil in the toaster oven as it will overheat. Just really annoying they designed it this way. I returned it.

Unable to get ahold of Oster

Sounded like the fan was hitting something internally. Owners manual asks that you contact them before returning to the store. Several attempts at calls and emails. Spent an enormous time on hold never getting to talk to anyone. Calls often ended after waiting 10-15 minutes for a representative with a hang up. Gave up and will not purchase another Oster product.

Unfortunately, this toaster oven barely lasted 3 years. The door does not stay shut. The sides of the knobs appear to be coated with a metallic film. It has started to delaminate from the knob. If you are in the market, you may be better off shopping for a better brand / quality.
