Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this electric griddle for 40 days now. We have used it many times. Made everything on it from eggs, pancakes, bacon, hamburgers, french toast, quesadillas, and other things. i have noticed that it does not cook evenly (there are hot spots on it). Also when making scrambled eggs the surface is not completely level. At first it made a good impression with me despite not being the easiest thing to clean. I have noticed with more and more use of it that it has begun to lose it coating (especially around the electric heating element underneath) and food is beginning to get stuck around that area. I do not use abrasive cleaners on it. It is not what I am looking for in an electric griddle. Nothing to brag about to my friends and family.

Everytime I have made pancakes on it they stick and a black residue is left on the surface of the griddle. I wouldn't buy another one.

Not true, it's horrible becouss not only the food will get glued to the surface but it will also leave some black stain that it will make it look horrible after few uses
