I have other Oster products that are dependable but not this one. I would not buy it again.

To remove the sports bottle from the blender base, please turn it in a counter-clockwise direction.

Difficult separation issues

Posted .Thank you for reaching out to Oster®. We are sorry to hear that your blender is stuck on the bottom cap. This is certainly not the experience we want you to have. No worries, we are help. For a possible fix, please try the following: put some diluted dishwasher liquid in the blender itself. Put the blender back on the power unit and operate the blender for a few seconds to agitate the dishwashing liquid. Allow the blender to sit for a few hours. You should then be able to remove the container from the bottom cap.
Your blender has a year limited warranty. If this doesn't resolve your issue, we'd like to kindly request that you contact us directly in order to help you get to the best resolution. Have a good day!

I read the reviews before buying it and once i revived it, I tried to see if they were right. When you screw the bottom part on and put on the base to Blend, it gets stuck and there is no way to remove the cup from the top, unless you unscrew from the base. So that means whatever you blended will spill.

Dont waste your money

Lid gets locked in to the machine causing the lid to come loose and the liquids spill out all over the place. Tried to use it a couple times. Same thing kept happening
