    This is a waste of money. I only use it ONE TIME and then it start to smell like smoke

    The blender works god but when I assembled it the ring is now stuck in the base so I have to flip it upside down to empty whcih makes it messy at times.

    Wasn’t a great fit for purpose I bought it. May be just particular piece but it burnt out in first use itself .

    When you make your "whatever" the only way to take off the travel cup is when it looks just like you see it. The travel cup is literally upside down. And it isn't easy. Half the time I lost 1/3 of the drink. It was nearly impossible to get off easily: hence the mess. I ended up giving it away. It sucks. Thumbs down bm

    I gave it 2 stars because it’s not a great blender for making smoothies. It does blend fruits and vegetables well in smoothies you end up with clumps no matter how long you blend it

    Great until it stops working

    It was awesome until it stopped working all of a sudden. Had to switch to a blender bottle for my protein shake. Oh well, you get what you pay for.

      If your Oster® MyBlend® Personal Blender is not turning on, it might be because the unit is not getting enough power from the wall outlet where it is currently plugged in or the wall outlet itself is a non working outlet. To remedy this issue, check if there is no physical damage on its cord and if there's none, try unplugging the blender and let it rest for 3-5 minutes. Plug the blender into a different wall outlet and see if it will work. Do not use it with any extension cords, power strips and power converters or inverters as it may affect the blender ’s performance.

      Your Oster® MyBlend® Personal Blender has a year of limited warranty. If this doesn't resolve your issue, we'd like to kindly request that you contact us directly in order to help you get to the best resolution. Have a good day! Oster

    Sucks. Burned out on the first use. Wasn’t able to return it to the store because it was pass 7 days. Do not waste your money. I give a a rating of 0!!!

    Broken right out of the box

    This blender was broke right out of the box. I opened the box and the rubber piece at the bottom of the container alone with the 2 washers fail out the box. The screw that should have attached the pieces to the bottom of the container was missing. I believe this was a returned item that was sold to me. I think I'm done with Best Buy. This is the 4th item purchased this year that was broke once opened.

    I didn't like it at all. when you are going to take out the glass it will spill all the contents. Don't recommend it.

    I was really hopeful for this product and excited to make fruit smoothies but I was disappointing pretty quickly. The blade portion got stuck so badly in the base that I could not separate it and ended up tossing the whole product. Every time I try to unscrew it from the base the blade got stuck and the ingredients started coming out of the bottle.

    I personally would not purchase this item again. Trying to disconnect the cup from the base ends in disaster! Shake everywhere! Save yourself the aggravation and purchase a different one.

    Blender was exactly what I wanted (size-wise), but was completely "dead" when I plugged it in. Not a sound, no indication why. Tried different outlets, Cord looked fine. Button felt fine. Not a good sign and I was hesitant to exchange so I just got a refund. (Have not bought any new blender yet.)
