Couldn't get it to work. It wouldn't lock on the top.

This is a handy personal blender for those who want to make a smoothie or energy drink before work or a workout. Just unscrew the blade cap and screw on the drink cap and you are good to go. Works well enough, but does struggle if the liquid is too thick. I would recommend this as an inexpensive personal blender.

There’s not much to this small kitchen appliance, but there doesn’t need to be. This Oster MyBlend Personal Blender does what it’s designed to do - blend a single serving beverage quickly and easily, right in a highly portable container. While blending, it’s not overly loud, about what you’d expect. For being just your basic personal blender, it has a decent amount of power, enough for what’s needed. Do read the short and simple instructions though. This blender isn’t designed to handle ice or frozen chunks of fruits, or hard cut up veggies. But it’s great for making shakes and smoothies. Clean-up was easy, too. One thing I will say about it, unfortunately it’s gonna be a negative here, is that the base of the unit is ugly. The gray color (supposedly ‘silver’) is just bland and boring and ugly. I’m sure they wanted to go with something different, besides the same old black plastic color, but this gray is meh. Of course, that has nothing to do with the blender’s performance. More so, personal preference. Still, for the price, it’s a decent little blender.

Just junk item not good at all doesn’t work as blander

As a lover of smoothies—I mean literally, I am elated to add this mini blender to my blender family! This is one that I want to caution, “do not let its small size fool you,” as it packs a big punch! I blended a mango smoothie and it did an outstanding job chopping up pineapples and bananas and mixing in raw honey. The result was just as good as if it were done from my bigger Oster blender! The process is simple as you add your ingredients, blend and drink merrily! I am excited about the cup as it will be going with me on many trips away from home! I highly recommend this as a personal must have and/or it will be a great gift for this upcoming holiday season if you know anyone who loves smoothies and/or items that need blending!

Used for 1 month and it's not working now ....please don't buy this . Wrong purchase.Bad product.

Used this blender twice for fruit smoothies. On the second try it started smoking and burning from the inside out.

We returned it the day we got it. On the first use it started smoking.

Not work, the machine . Not work, the top take off when is turn on.

A powerful blender motor that blends directly into a sturdy plastic bottle attachment. Just switch tops and take the drink with you!! Saves time and dishes. I don't like that the blade is not safely stored with the motor while not in use (have to put in the drawer or something), and the spout on the bottle doesn't do well with thick shakes or smoothies. Just being nitpicky with those gripes, but the overall size of the blender fits well with my other appliances.

This really is an excellent personal blender, very handy for individual servings, as you can drink right out of the bottle after blending. The blender is a real powerhouse--other blenders I have used (including full-size blenders) sometimes struggle and jam on frozen fruits and berries. But not this blender--it whipped up frozen ingredients with ease. The one issue that I had with the blender occurred on my first use. After blending, you are supposed to remove the bottle by twisting it counter-clockwise from the base. However, because I wasn't paying close attention, when I twisted the bottle I accidentally unscrewed it from the blade assembly (which was holding in all the liquid). So, instead of releasing the blade assembly from the base, I separated the bottle from the blade assembly and the entire contents of the bottle poured out over everything. Since then, I have paid closer attention, pushing down slightly on the top of the bottle as I twist it, making sure that the blade assembly is disengaging instead of the bottle unscrewing. No problems since. Perhaps the instructions could have mentioned the importance of being mindful at that step. Otherwise, I have had no problems with the blender and am really satisfied with it.

For a small blender, I love how easy it is to use and blend up a quick smoothie! My kids love using it too and the bottle is the perfect size to fit in any cup holder and easy to stuff and carry in a lunch bag. I love the sports top too. It does not take up a lot of space and its so easy to clean. I would def recommend.

Just received my Oster MyBlend Personal Blender earlier today and normally I usually give it a few days before writing my review, however, because this thing is so easy to use, I decided to go ahead and write my review today. This personal blender is very nice, simple and easy to use. Inside the box is: * Blender Base * Sport Bottle * The Blade Assembly * Drinking Lid Following the directions you simply put whatever ingredients you're using for smoothies inside the sport bottle up to the fill line, screw on the blade assembly, flip over the sport bottle and sit it down inside the base making sure to line up the arrows and turn to lock it in place, then simply press the one-touch blend button on the front of the base. After it has blending to your preferred consistency, simply turn the sport bottle and unlock it and take the blade assembly off and screw on the drinking lid. And that's it. Oster included 3 easy to use recipes inside the user manual. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a simple and easy to use personal blender.

It runs pretty quiet and cleans up well. It fits in my gym bag without any trouble and I found this to work very well for mixing protein shakes. It is also good for smoothies and having the container sized properly for a single large or a shared pair of servings makes this a perfect fit for me.

This is definitely a time saver in the morning. Just fill, lock in, Push button and done in seconds. Really appreciate Oster producing this personal blender. No frills here, Simple, Easy and Convenient. The motor is suprisingly powerful. Clean up is a breeze. Very affordable as well.

The blender is very well made. The feel of it is very strong and can handle your daily morning smoothie. Pros: crushes ice very well and frozen fruit. Cons: the the cup locking mechanism sticks when Trying to and Disengage. The con is a small issue that I believe will subside over time but the white plastic piece is very thick in its lock slot. A little oil on this helped alleviate.

This is a great little blender to make smoothies for on the go or at home. The one reason I quit making smoothies and drinks of that nature is cleaning the blender out. Well on this little device the blades actually come away from the drink cup by unscrewing so it makes cleaning it an absolute breeze. Plus the way this thing works it can be used super fast to make a smoothie when you want to hit the road. Not it's got some power but you do have to cut up fruits and veggies before using it and any ice will have to be small (or smallish) chips in order for it to work. It's not a powerful blender so just be aware of that and you will be good. The fact this thing works so well and is so easy to clean means I'm going to be a little healthier from here on out with making smoothies once again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Love the compact size of this blender. The size makes it a great to have blender for those shakes or protein shakes for the workouts. Super easy to clean and does not take much counter space.

This little blender isn’t bad, but you have to be careful when you’re done - the piece that the bottle screws in to and that has the blade and is inserted into the motor part is all the way down in it, so, when you go to take our the bottle, you have to be very mindful of not unscrewing it open and leaving the blade/lid in the motor, thus spilling out the contents. Once you figure that out, it works. We made several slushy fruit cocktails, which was fun, but we had a few larger pieces of berry in them. I washed the bottle and blade/lid in the dishwasher both times and it came out fine. Easy to put away and pull out to use. If it’s less expensive than others, it’s a go - it will blend and you can use the bottle or not.
