They offer a lifetime trade in if its damaged. No receipt needed. Just register your product when you first buy it. Then your good to go

Posted .Very sorry to hear of this unusual moisture infiltration, as that's definitely not something to be expected of the OtterBox Alpha Glass. We're actually wondering if that's just some funky appearance from the screen protector not properly adhering rather than something actually having come between it and the display of your iPhone.
