The blue was too intense. It bubble around the edges within 2 days.

The included frame and and film alignment tabs makes this one of the easiest glass screen protectors I've installed. Make sure you're working in a clean environment and take your time and be patient. Make sure you clean the screen very well before starting the install, and wear gloves if possible to avoid getting fingerprints on the screen, because you apply it, it's not coming off without breaking it. Lot of extra packaging material that goes to waste after you install this. Definitely not environmentally friendly packaging. I don't see any difference in the screen quality or image, so I can't tell if the blue light filtering actually works or not. I assume the anti-microbial feature will eventually wear off, but it's a great screen protector for now.

It sucks it already bubbles up cause of the otter box case

You may have sworn off screen protectors due to the issue of bubbles being trapped underneath, etc., but this one is different and worth your time and money. It isn't just a screen protector that you get, but also a complete installation system that matches your phone's physical size and aligns the screen protector with your phone's screen. When I applied my screen protector to the iPhone 12 Pro Max's screen, I noticed a few bubbles and was concerned. There is what I'll term a "squeegee" included for working out any air bubbles, and it got the worst of them out but there were still some small ones. I got sidetracked from this project, but when I checked out my phone the next day, those bubbles were gone. Completely gone. I did end up with one piece of tiny grit under the screen protector, but that was on me for not ensuring I had a clean work surface for the application. The screen itself has a bit of a blue tinge to it, and apparently attenuates the blue component of the lighting of the screen. It does make a pronounced difference in the look of the phone's screen.

I normally don't put screen protectors on my iPhones, but decided to when I got my 12 Pro. I usually hate the install process because you have to align the screen protector perfectly or it'll be completely off. With the Otterbox Amplify, I like that they include a fairly easy "bracket" piece to align the screen. Makes it less stressful when installing. As for the "blue light guard," I haven't really noticed any difference. I have my phone set to True Tone and Night Shift, so maybe it is blocking something but I can't tell. On the durability side, Otterbox is a great band when it comes to protection, so I have no doubt that this protector will do its job if I were to drop my phone.

Bottom line up front: If you primary use your phone the most when indoors or out of the sunlight, then this would be an ideal accessory for you. Now for the reasons why I don’t care for this screen protector. What no one else has mentioned is how much the screen gets washed out in sunlight. If you like the hazy blue cast over the entire display, this is for you! I’m personally not a fan. If looking dead on in shade, it looks perfect. Add a touch of sun, it goes a little blue-purple. Add more and more sun, it turns purple. The more sun the less contrast you have. On the plus side, the glass feels great and it actually feels like the phone screen itself. So that’s a huge plus. But I’m going to swap out for a non-blue light filter screen until they dial it back a little.
