    Purchased almost 2 years ago rarely used. Good looking construction. But does not work now. No sign of breaks, looks as good as day bought. But does not work. Cross tested with other cables all worked except this one. Very disappointing for an expensive cable that looks so well made.

    I wouldn't pay the money for this cable again. Tends to kink, and the one time my phone falls off the coffee table the plug breaks.

    Was really excited when I first saw this product as I have been pretty happy with my Otterbox cases. However, this cable stopped working 4 months after I purchased it, which also happened to be the same day the 2 new ones I ordered were delivered. One of the new ones (not even a month old) is already not charging. The cable itself seems high quality, but the lightning connect is not.

    Purchased because of Otter quality and reputation for durability. Lightning tip broke in 8 months with light to moderate use. I used other “cheaper” cables more frequently to wear them out first. These cheaper cables easily outlived the Otter cables. Definitely not worth the price.

    Does not work well with lifeproof cases

    Love that this product is durable, but durability doesnt matter if the phone wont charge. Because of the oversized area around the lightning plug, it does not fully insert into the charging area of the lifeproof case. As a result the connection is not as strong and if you even bump the phone it annoyingly buzzes between charge not charge.

    I purchased this cable in November 2018 and it stopped working a few weeks ago—only lasted 2 months. It broke off inside my iPad. Fortunately, I was able to get it out. This is not the quality I expect with an Otterbox product.
