While the case keeps your phone safe, depending on your charging cord you may have to remove the case to actually get the cord to plug into the phone fully.

I was trying to upgrade 2 phones one was good. The other one I was going to trade in. The process went fine but when it came down to it, I had to trade mine and then payoff. I stopped the transaction. I later found out from ATT that I couldhave done that. People were very nice but I wish they would have been more up to date on my plan and what I could do.

So far the phone has shown better battery life and seems to be more durable. Only thing I hate is they took out the head phone jack which my headphones to my charger port have already worn out

Good phone case for sons phone. Have not had any issues, which was expected before buying. Sometimes, worth little extra money to buy good case that will last for long time with no problems.

I just purchased the commuter series for new iPhone 8. Otter box is a great company and if their product gets damaged they replace immediately. More companies ought to learn from them.

Case appears to be strong, yet is not too chunky. Good value for the money. Note: when you open the package, part B is tucked inside part A.

Very durable. I bought this case because I was looking for a phone case that was durable and not so bulky. I think this case fits that criteria.

I have tried multiple cases over the years and every time come back tot he Otterbox. The cases outlast the phones. The commuter series is the best of both worlds, not to bulky but not to little.

Light, looks good and not to bulky seems durable too.
