Case is good and strong. I like the Otter Box cases but I don’t like bulky cases and the slum version of this Otter Box case fit the bill. I purchased it along with a glass protective screen and now my phone is indestructible!

I work with little people that always get hold to my phone, and oh how my phone continuously hits the floor. This case is the best because I don’t have a chip or crack and I don’t mind if the little people get hold to it lol

Great protection for the phone. A little clunky and heavy but will protect the phone.

I was looking for a good protective case Ford my new iPhone XR because I did not want to damage it. Very nice case and not so bulky like the defender case. It gets really good in my pocket. Worth the money.

love this case not bulking with adequate protection. When your looking to protect something expensive stick to the brand you know and trust. I haven't found anything better than otterbox

I have never been disappointed with the otter box when it comes to iPhone cases. I have mostly had the defender case but I have to say that I am still happy with the commuter along with a glass screen protector.

I have used otterbox in the past and never once had a problem. I don't expect any different from this one. We all know how tough teenagers can be on phone. OtterBox is the best protection hands down.

You cannot go wrong with otterbox. You want to protect your phone with the best the get this. Only thing is it didn’t have a screen protector built in like my old otterbox. So you will still need to protect the screen.

Love this case! Super robust but not quite as heavy as some other Otter box cases. Had prior one for over 2 years and no wear. When I got a new phone, I found the same case because I knew it wouldn’t fail me!

Without a doubt otterbox products are the leading defenders of cell phones... I have owned several over the years and have never had a phone damaged by a drop/fall... a great investment to protect your phone.

I’ve owned this case for little over a year now and I don’t use any protective glass at all. I’ve accidentally dropped my phone several times and not once has the screen taken damage. Would recommend!

I have always purchased OtterBox commuter cases for our family phones and will continue to. They have always done a great job protecting our phones from drops, along with screen protectors.

Lighter weight, dropped the phone a couple of times ... does its job

I’ve been fortunate that I’ve only dropped my phone twice since purchasing this case but it protected my phone without a scratch. In and out of the car? On a construction site? No problem. You’re protected.

Husband needs a strong phone case for his work profession and this worked perfectly. I don’t have to worry about him dropping it and instantly breaking the phone this case protects it really well

The only case I trust with my phones! I don't like to leave the store without putting my phone in a case, and this is my case of choice! I've never dropped a phone and damaged it with this case.

Durable, protective, a little bulky, but that comes with the protection

Best Buy had multiple color options for this Xr case. This is for my 14 year olds first ever cellphone so we wanted a great protective case. This was the case both my son and I felt good about.
