No good all i am gonna say the defend is no better

This case fits great, excellent fit for the cutouts. I can easily access the edge panel with this case and it seems like it offers good protection for the phone without being bulky at all. I am eagerly awaiting the alpha glass scren protector to come out for screen protection.

I have always bought Platinum cases for my phones. And while this one is of the same quality as my previous purchases there is one big oversight. You cannot access the edge functionality of the phone with the case on. There is no way to use it due to the design of the case as the edge prevents you from swiping the screen. This is unfortunate as outside of that I really like this case. If you like using that feature than you need to look for another option.

I've never liked Otterbox cases because of their bulkiness but this one is not too bulky at all. Not as slim as my fave brand Tech 21 but I actually chose this over the Tech 21 this time for better protection and it's only slightly bigger/bulkier than the Tech 21. Love the fact it doesn't cover the edge screens and the top and bottom of the front of the case stick outs to protect the screen if dropped. Something that the Tech 21 didn't have.

I preordered the Note 7 to ensure I received it on launch day. The first thing I did was purchase the Otterbox Commuter for protection. I feel as if the case is awesome. It allows for use of the edge features and the dimples on the side looks cool. I always purchase Otterbox to protect my phones. Keep up the good work Otterbox!

I used this case for about a week and then returned it. My two big issues with it were that the case kept peeling up the edges and especially the corners of my screen protector, and that the hard plastic was too slick (I had a Speck candy shell case on my previous phone, and like the grippy ridges).

Good case for basic protection. Wasn't a fan of the hard plastic back. Kept feeling like I would drop it.

This case didn't include the screen protector like the site stated. It also comes off the phone very easily. I will be returning this case and purchasing the Defender as soon as it is available.

Unfortunately I've already dropped my phone a few times and so far so good.

It was a cool slick product that protected my precious Note 7 till Samsung discontinued the phone which was lame cause I loved that son of a gun.

Day 2 of having the phone it takes a fall off the dining table. I didn't panic as the last phone I had was protected by an otterbox case and took many falls from higher distances with no damage. My new phone is now staring back at me with quite a spider crack and is just laughing at me. Getting the phone replaced and will try the defender case and hope for the best.

I've had this case for 2wks now and until yesterday I really couldnt say anything bad about this case. I had something happen yesterday I've never seen, heard of, or had happen before in all my yrs of using cases. I'm not sure how it happened but my phone slipped out of the case and hit the floor. fortunately it only dropped a couple feet and landed on a rubber mat causing no damage. OtterBox needs to release the Defender case's already.

First time purchasing otter box and my phone dropped at work the first night purchasing and screen cracked. Many people recommended but first impression not good will have to see how if I need to upgrade or try different case company
