Ended up returning and getting one with a clip as well.

They will replace any item if it breaks. My 2 year old case got a crack and 1 week later I had a brand new one. That is why I purchased this for my son’s new phone and will continue to purchase them in the future.

Wanted a clear cover, so would be easier to find

Wasn’t happy with that case because it was to slick and kept falling out of my pocket So I decided to get the next best case the commuter Extremely disappointed with this case it doesn’t fit the phone correctly. The soft part of case slips off and you can see the color of the phone. In the pocket with slight pressure the phone corner would pop out. Very surprised by this because I have had specifically OtterBox for the last 5 years and never had a problem. I upgraded to the defender pro and I am very happy. $200 on phone cases and finally found one that works Hopefully OtterBox will fix the issues and give me a refund or a better fitting commuter!
