I purchased this otter box nearly a week after getting my iPhone. As well as adding a glass screen protection I generally felt well cared for. Within 3 days I had a crack on the lower edge of my screen protection, potentially not a case issue but it showed a lack of protection near screen edges. As with iPhone 6 and 7s a bend has appeared in my phone which the case didn’t protect against showing a lower level of protection than desired. (The phone isn’t only kept in a front pocket and never sat on). Overall a great case for light use and light propensity for damage.

I have dropped my phone a few times in this case, and nothing on the phone or case cracked. After having it for a while, I did notice that the color gets a little darkened, but it would probably look new again if you wash it or wipe it off maybe. The overall quality is great. I would definitely recommend it to prevent your phone from cracking when it gets dropped.

Nothing is better than otter box and i really enjoy using

I am very pleased with this case, as one of the first things I did with my phone after putting it on was to drop it on a tile floor! It protected both my phone as well as the clear shield covering the screen. I also like the side buttons much better than the ones on my old case.

tough, takes a beeting. bought this one as I got an iphone 11 - had my previous otterboc comuter for 3 year on my Iphone 9 - probably dropped it 100 time and no issues - other than a cracked outer shell on the otterbox - was minor so did not even ask for a free rplacement

I’ve had iPhones for the last 5 years and overall they are good phones easy to use for us not so high tech people. During the time with my phones I have always purchased otter cases for all of them the are awesome and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable case. I have used other cases in the past and when I drop my phone it has cracked while not having an otter box case it’s just been a simple case that I have used. I have learned that if you are going to spend all this money on a phone it is well worth it to spend the money on a good secure phone case.

Fit the phone well. No issues to date. A bit on the expensive side for comparable cases with lesser known brand names.

It’s quite bulky but most otter boxes are. Only feedback is the charging port is a trouble for some attachments
