Not a good option for an XS MAX

Although it is advertised to work with both the XS Max and the 11, you can tell that this case is more designed for the 11. The silent/loud switch is tough to reach and the case seems a tad bigger than the XS Max. I have had my XS Max for a few years (I used to have a speck case), and never did a drop damage my phone. The first time I dropped my phone with this case on, it cracked near the camera lenses. The absolute first drop. I believe it is because it does not fit the XS Max properly, and should not be advertised to do so.

This case is a waste of hard earned money.

I've only had the case for 3 weeks. I spent days looking for a reliable case for my new iPhone 11 Pro Max just to be let down. I wanted the best for my phone, but this was not it. For the price of the case, you would think that this would be sturdy/ reliable.

Does not fit iPhone 11 Pro

The only Case I buy now!

I only last 2 weeks before regretting not buying this case on day one. This case hugs your phone with the love and care you would expect from OtterBox. The commuter series gives my phone the protection I want, without being super bulky. The iPhone 11 Pro Max is already a beast on it's own, so this case offers protection without looking like you're about to ship it to space. Would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks OtterBox.
