Teens tend to abuse their phones so I needed a case that can withstand the drops and rough handling. This did not disappoint!

IPhone 11 case

Easy to put around the phone but not the best otter box product I have used. Occasionally a corner of the case needs to be repositioned on the phone. New combination case design of rubber and hard plastic allows phone to slip in and out of your pocket easy.

We're sorry to hear about your disappointment with your Commuter Series case! It's odd to hear that you're needing to preposition that case frequently. If that case isn't fitting your phone tightly enough, give us a ring at 1-855-688-7269, and we'd be more than happy to discuss your warranty options with you.
That Commuter Series case is designed to be a bit more sleek and pocket friendly, but if you're looking for one that won't slip out as easily, we'd suggest taking a look at our Defender Series case, as it has the rubber slipcover on the outside of the case adding extra grip.
