This case was great because I could use it on the 5S the first day. Mophie and Lifeproof have no cases yet for 5S due to the new flash. However, the case does get in the way of the aviation button sometimes.

I like the product but the online experience was not good. I ordered and it was approved to pick up at the local store. Then I received a message that the card was denied. I called number listed and was told the case was ready to picked up. I went to the store and when the transaction it said card was denied. I purchased the case in the store with the same card.I few days later my bank called and said the original online transaction had been run through over 20 times and finally the bank stopped Best Buy from running the transaction through.

Does not come with screen protector as a advertised in description from Best Buy as well as Otterbox's site.

It's bulky but durable. The outside case doesn't fit Apple's lightning to 30 pin adapter. Unless you want to take off the outer hard case, which I have done several times (less than 20). Now my outer hard case is broken. The inner soft case is stretching out. Rumor has it otterbox no longer has an amazing warranty. Very disappointed and the case was expensive.

I did not care for this cover. It seems to be good at protection however the rubber covers of the input spaces is awkward and the rubber sticks out at an odd angle.

Looks great. But by the next day, I noticed the material was broken. I am not that hard on the case. May have been like that when the rep put it on the phone (messed up in the package?)

I have had OtterBox's before. This one I didn't like because the rubber near the bottom was so flimsy. The flap was hard to open and overall the feel was bad.

Great phone protection with this new case, but nearly a fight every single time trying to use the phone's power button once the case is on the phone.

I found the case to be adequate, yet bulky when slid into a hip pocket for carrying. Decided to go with a Tech 21 case and a tempered glass (Zagg) face.

It is purely functional, but for the pricepoint I was hoping for a bit more. I wound up selling this case at a second hand store and getting a mophie.

Loved the pink and white case, but the white was dirty after a couple uses. Especially if you keep it in your jean pockets.

Bought this case did the wife's phone and a black one for mine. This case did not fit properly, could not operate the volume buttons or use the camera.

The box stated that it fit my Mom's phone. I asked salesperson but in fact it DIDNT fit her phone had to return.

This is the first time I have been unhappy with an Otter product. This had potential as it was not bulky but the problem is, it has such a smooth and slick surface, it fly out of my hand when I take it out of my pocket or slides off my desk. At least try to make it where the surface has a non-slip material.

OK case if it were cheaper. This is the second one, as the first broke at a very weak point at the bottom (thin plastic area).

It is a good product. The only drawback to it is that if you need to clean the iPhone, the case is a little hard to take off.

Bought these for my daughters and it was not durable enough to handle their teenage hands. It broke after a month.

Kind of bulky and thick which makes it hard for me to put in or take out of pockets

Case is very cheap. It broke or cracked when we touched it and we couldn't take it back because we didn't have item it came in!

It cracked the first week we bought it but have not had a chance to return.
