Every time I upgrade my phone, I get another one of these OtterBox Commuter cases. It has saved my phone from numerous drops (from standing height) onto pavement, ceramic tile, etc). And it's not too bulky. I've had several of these, and (with a screen protector ) I've never had a cracked screen or scratched up phone. The quality is great, and it resists scratches and marks. It's a simple functional design.

This is the second Commuter I've had (two different phones). They are great. I've dropped it several times and have not had to worry about damaging the phone.

I have used OtterBox cases for about six years (three or four cases) and have had great experiences each time. Several drops and no issues with any of the phones.

My first otter was for an iphone6 and I love it. This one is for my granddaughter and she loves it as well, great protection for the phones.

This hard shell case provides great protection. The only issue I have sometimes is when I try to plug in heaphones and such since the case doesn't allow for much wiggle room by the jacks.

This was my 1st purchase for a phone protector. I was going to get just any cover but was advised by many friends that the Otterbox was the way to go. I wanted to protect my new iphone and had originally purchased the Otterbox Defender. It was too bulking for my liking so I purchased the Commuter. It was a bit diffcult to get on but once it was on, it was perfect. It was the right size and is not bulky..

The case is great for my iPhone, the package even came with a screen protector in addition to the case so it protects the screen as well as the entire phone.

I love the Otterbox cases. My phone has fallen out of my pocket, off a roof while shoveling snow, off the windonw sill, etc. and it has never had an issue.

Nice case. Screen protector was hard to put on and I ended up ruining it and throwing it out. Haven't had any problems without it. Case is very pretty but the white gets dirty quickly.

Can not go wrong with an Otterbox! Love this product and will continue to purchase an otterbox for all devices.

It was almost $40 at the store, but the man readily price adjusted it to $19.99 after I used the in-store iPad to check the price on Amazon. The case works great and serves it's purpose. I drop my phone a lot, and it falls out of my chest pocket when I bend over. The phone is fine. The flat part of the case backing on the bottom left has a small crack after I accidentally dropped it on my driveway, but it's not a huge deal, because you can't see it unless you really look. The only other small complaint I have is that the rubber or silicon soft case seems slightly bigger than it should be, because it buldges out a little but where the volume buttons are located.

I bought this item when it was on sale and I want to say that I paid $15 for it. for that price it has been great. It holds up pretty well if it is treated gently and absorbs drops very well. This is a good, protective case for the price and it looks nice as well. Only problem I've had with it is the rubber that goes around the screen can come out of place, but it can be put back in place easily.

Case is very good fit for the phone. Have never taken off from the phone for about a month. Protected phone from two falls on concrete (from 3-4 feet).

I have loved every Otterbox case purchased and now have extended family buying them... Drop iPhone and case seems to protect very well... Never an issue.

Good cover for the price. Fits well, and is durable. Nice looking, with slim design. I would recommend.

This type of case has saved by phone at least Twice from being damaged. I recommend this to everyone.

The case is perfect, however the screen was difficult to install. It fit fine but there were air bubbles I could not squish out. I continually had to reposition it and finally gave up and left the bubbles. The sticky part on the front of the screen, that you are to take off once positioned, left a sticky part that is now visible. I did try to scrape it off, but I could not. The case is good, but I will be purchasing a Zagg cover.

We've had iPhones since the 3G era & this is our 1st Otterbox. Great protection for my wife's 5s, she didn't want the Apple designed leather case as mine stained pretty quickly. This case is a two-part design with a soft cushion rubber-like material and a hard outer case which gives you the two-tone colors. Also included is a static cling screen protector. Overall, it's a great compromise to an "all out" Otterbox Defender series case.
