Its is a very slim case and.This is a two piece case that will also bring a screen protector for added security. Overall i would recommend this phone to anyone looking for a iphone 5 Otterbox phone case.

Very good case for phone protection!

I already had a screen protector on my phone so i didn't have to use the one that came with it. I mainly got this case because i wanted something that could go in and out of my pocket easily. I think the otterbox defender is also a great case, but it seems big and bulky and offers more protection than i need. The commuter is more petite and fits so nice around the phone that it looks like it's a part of the phone. I kind of wish it had the flat black smooth plastic rubber shell like the incipio did because i feel as if the otterbox will show scuffs if dropped and that i might lose grip on it if i have sweaty hands. Overall i think this is a great case that will protect your pretty iphone for sure and doesn't deserve a bad review because of the screen protector that comes with it. Those people probably just don't know what their doing.

Great Case bad Screen Protector

But the screen protector was a waste of plastic. Who ever designed it was not thinking clearly. They put a sticker to instal it easier but when the screen protector was on the phone the sticker didn't peel off and left the sticky reside. For that price I expect the whole package. I will be sticking with PowerSupportUSA for all my screen protector needs.

If You're Constantly Dropping Your Phone, BUY THIS
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So as you can probably figure out from my review title, I constantly am knocking my phone off counter tops, dropping it on the ground, etc. If you're like me, than ANY OtterBox protector like this is a must have. I've been using their products for over 5 years and have never had something break. One time part of my protective case started to break, and I filed a warranty claim with Otterbox, since they have a LIFETIME WARRANTY, and they replaced it within days. Too easy.

Good phone case, but can crack

I have dropped my phone several times with the case on and the screen has not cracked or anything. However, mine developed a small crack in the plastic at the bottom and eventually the crack went all the way through the thin bottom part of the case. This may have been from taking the phone out of the case somewhat frequently which might have stressed the plastic. Either way the case still works, it's just not indestructible.

I ended up not using it because of it. I'm happy with the case though. Fit and finish is good and does a good job of protecting the phone.

Not because it didn't work (she had one on her last phone and it outlasted the phone), but because she just didn't like the colors. If I want ultimate protection, this is the case I would buy.
