    My iPhone was being protected by an OtterBox Commuter case. I dropped the phone and it hit the floor hard. The case broke but the phone was fine. The case did its job. So, of course I’m replacing case with the same model. I know it works.

    So far, it's doing what it's supposed to - protecting my phone. (I've dropped my phone several times-including once on concrete-with no damage to the phone or case). I like the fact that it's not huge and cumbersome like some of the other cases, which makes it easier to text, etc. I also like the port covers, which keep dust from getting in.

    Yes it is an Otterbox but when you out it on it messes with the volume. So it offers great protection but not the best fit

    There isn't much to complaint about when it comes to purchasing an otter box. The ease of putting the case on was by far the best especially for being a two step process. The only thing I don't like is that the flap that cover that charging port and earphones plug is wearing out but I assume that's to be expected and included in the normal wear and tear department.
