Overall a good case

Don't like that the plastic is slick. Case mate's case has a rubbery feel to the plastic but the rubber inner piece covers the microphone and speaker. Feel this was the lesser of the two evils.

Once I finally got in on, it fit nicely and it looks cute. As for durability and protection, I've only had it for about a month so I haven't had time to really put it through vigorous testing

Excellent protection for IPhone

Good protective phone case

The problem is have been through three of these cases since December 2011 because of the case cracking, the outside peeling, and it scratches easily.

As with any OtterBox product, you pay some for the name. However, if it keeps the phone from damage and makes the daughter happy, its worth it.
