I love the brand, Otter Box, and I have always been happy with their products, but the case that I purchased is defective. There are two rubber parts on the bottom of the case that cover the headphones and the USB charger. On my case, the rubber is not long enough to cover the USB charger, so it is constantly sticking out. I have reassembled the case multiple times, but it does not fix the problem. I have even had others try and fix the problem, but nothing works. Many people notice and ask what is wrong with my case. I am very displeased with the case that I bought, and I would still recommend the product to people, but I would also warn them to be careful in their purchases.

Otter box you cant get much better protection unless you leave your phone in the box it came in. Would purchase again.

I decided to downsize from the otterbox defender to the otterbox commuter model and I am pleased with my choice.

The otter box is the correct fit. It doesn't slip. Easily fits into your pocket. It doesn't bind up in your pocket. It is durable.

This case has performed terrifically. Every time the phone is dropped it is not impacted and comes out working great.
