A few weeks ago I was working over 8’ above concrete when I fumbled and lost grip on my phone. It fell directly on the side corner. The case gave up its life, but no damage to the phone. I bought another!

Not as durable as defender model, more style

Went for this model after her Defender Model bumper tore. She wanted something more stylish than protective. She dropped her iphone 5 with the Commuter case, the screen cracked. New screen and back to the Defender Model.

The included screen protector will attract dust easily (it's everywhere?!) but the case itself is a pain to get on and off and adds a lot of bulk to an otherwise single handed phone.

TERRIFIC IPHONE 5 CASE

After shopping around, I determine I wanted the OtterBox Commuter Case. I went to Best Buy's website, and I saw it was on sale. I decided to purchase it online and pick it up at my local store. I love it.

The only fault I have with this case is I have to take it of to fit my phone on my adapter for my old 30 pin devices. I got the connecter only adapter. If you need a lighting to 30 pin adapter for your iPhone 5S, then make sure to get the adapter that has the cable.

I wish there was more color/Design options for the commuter otter box but I love it, Worth every penny. There is a small downfall and it is only there to protect your plug in for the charger and for the headphones but those flaps can get annoying when you are trying to plug in the charger or plug in the headphones.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ditched my Lifeproof because no one could ever hear me- there was no other option that could deliver good sound and waterproofing so I opted for durabilty and sound. I only have to watch out at tables with drinks, water, and rain. Just have to think more than the lifeproof but at least no one is complaining they cannot hear me!
