Uh oh, looks like your Commuter series is putting your fingers through a tough workout regimen! While stronger fingers aren't necessarily a bad thing, we don't think you should have to work super hard to push the buttons on your phone, and we apologize. The good news is that over time, the rubber on those buttons should relax and become easier to access.
