I love the brand, Otter Box, and I have always been happy with their products, but the case that I purchased is defective. There are two rubber parts on the bottom of the case that cover the headphones and the USB charger. On my case, the rubber is not long enough to cover the USB charger, so it is constantly sticking out. I have reassembled the case multiple times, but it does not fix the problem. I have even had others try and fix the problem, but nothing works. Many people notice and ask what is wrong with my case. I am very displeased with the case that I bought, and I would still recommend the product to people, but I would also warn them to be careful in their purchases.

bought this for my wifes iPhone and she loves it. it has a solid case and the shock absorbing works good since she drops her phone a lot

I have always felt OtterBox was among the top keep your phone safe from damage to two drops and other follies.

Great price, easy to install, and it will save your phone, I've dropped mine twice since I purchase the case, no damage!
