We are sorry that the Defender case that arrived does not seem to be up to our high Otter standards. Was this perhaps purchased through a third party reseller on Amazon? Sometimes with those purchases, you’re not exactly sure what you are going to get. I've used them for every cell phone I have ever owned....but I gotta say that their iPhone 5 case is not their best.....actually...it's the phone itself. It just looks and feels wrong in an Otterbox case....The iPhone 5 and 5S? no problem! looks and feels great.....not so much for the 5C.....
