Love Otterbox Cases

The hard plastic shell does not fit flush with the rubber inner case. Also the rubber is easily dirtied. Check out the defender series. I find them to fit better and be more secure.

Sometimes, a few attempts at installation are required to get just the right fit with the Commuter Series, so we would definitely suggest giving that a try. Though, it seems you’re having some cosmetic issues as well, so would could probably jump straight into a warranty replacement for you.
