GREAT CASE FOR THE MONEY, SECOND ONE I HAVE PURCHASED

Pros: I have always liked the look of otterbox, and this case looks and feels good, however that is about all it has going on. Cons: The case is very loose, there are many gaps. It will peel off a screen protector(I have on a Zagg) because of the loose fit.

I have an IPhone 6, I bought otter box case to protect my phone from breaking BUT NOO I dropped my phone in the parking lot and the screen completely shattered.. This case was a waste of money!!!!!

This case protects the phone pretty well. After some months the case started to break along the sides and eventually broke. This case does not protect from flat drops. If you drop your phone flat on the screen or back it is going to break

This is my second time around owning an otter box "commuter series" case. It's not as bulky as the "defender series" and yet it still provides great protection for the iphone 6s. I highly reccommend it.

I got my iPhone 6+ and three months later I dropped it on my driveway. Because I paid $50 for the case I expected my phone to be OK because it was not a high height. however, the case bent my phone. and then two months after that when I dropped it on my hard wood floor bent it again. Because of soft ware issues Apple replaced my phone so it had no bends. I went to disney for vacation about 3 weeks ago and I was opening my door with my magic band. my phone was not high off the ground at all and I dropped it and bent. I got a speck and I'm loving it so much more. otter boxes aren't worth the money for the bad quality. get a speck or life proof! also otter box won't replace your phone if you drop it. Don't give them money- they won't protect your phone !

Have been buying Otterbox Defender cases for both my wife and mother's iPhones since the iPhone 5. Pricey but a great value for the best case on the market. After buying a Defender case for my wife's iPhone 6 my mother commented that she did not want such a thick and heavy case so I got her the Commuter case. What a mistake, not much thinner than the Defender. Unlike the Defender the Commuter's fit is terrible, fits like you would expect a cheap $5.00 case to fit. Has gaps on both top and bottom as though the hard plastic is warped. I tried two different Commuter cases on three different iPhone 6's and they all had the same poor fit. Not what I would expect from Otterbox, very disappointed.

I was looking for a new cover for my iPhone6 .I'm well acquainted with and trust it's strength and coverage for the headphones and power cover from all Otter Box products.

Purchased it to go with my son's Christmas gift for his new surprised phone. Perfect match with the color iPhone I bought him which was grey.

I purchased this case from Best Buy because it's one of the few cases available for the iPhone 6 that offers screen protection. While installing the plastic I noticed that it is a bit too large because it protrudes over the corners. When I was done I ended up with a speck in the absolute middle of the screen. This is my fifth Otterbox for all of my iPhones over the years and this is the first time something like this has happened. I called Otterbox and they said if I had purchased it through them they would've sent me a replacement plastic, however since I purchased it through Best Buy and since it was still returnable to Best Buy I would have to work through Best Buy. They did offer to send me an email so I could resolve the issue with them if Best Buy deemed it should be handled that way. They never sent the email. Since this was my fifth Otter box I was complacent and trashed the packaging right away and my wife threw out some flour all over it before I was done installing the plastic (Yes, this really did happen). Needless to say the imperfections in the Otterbox screen protector is ALL is see every time I look at my phone now. The product could be great but it seems Otterbox will only back the product if you purchase it through them (if you're lucky enough to actually receive the email they "send"). Buyer beware. I have images but I got a gateway error when I tried uploading them for the review.

Ive had this case from January to november and have had to have it replaced three times so far both times it has broken has been from the exact same spot so i think its faulty manufacturing.it does protect your phone and looks nice though i just wish it was more durable.btw it mainly breaks whenever you need to take your phone out of the case

My wife is bad about dropping her phones and this seems to hold up very well.
