I have attempted to wipe down the case several times but does not come clean. I have contacted Otterbox directly to try and get a replacement and or refund. No word yet.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Having used the Otterbox Symmetry with my iPhone 5s and being extremely satisfied, for some reason I decided to go with the Commuter for the 6. My wife has a Commuter on her 5c and the apple logo on the back of the phone isn't centered 100%, well if that was the problem with the IPhone 6 version I'd be happy. The case doesn't fit the phone properly. The plastic shell doesn't sit flush with the rubber insert. The phone came out of the case very easily. I do not recommend this case at all. To be sure this wasn't a fluke, I bought 2 cases from 2 different Best Buy stores thinking there might have been a defect, not so. I returned the second one and decided on the Symmetry once again. No issues, Symmetey is in another league compared to Commuter.

Within the first week, the pink part became very discolored and dirty looking. She dropped the phone on our hardwood floor, and the lower corner of the case completely chipped off. Within a month, the back of the case developed a crack branching out from the hole for the apple logo. It did protect the phone, which remained undamaged, but the case itself could not survive a couple of drops.

I'm sure it will do just fine protecting my phone, but the case seems to fit together poorly. I also had issues with the protective film. When I went to put the case on, the film would come up in the upper right hand corner… I received a second case as a gift in a different color and had the same issues. Definitely expect more for the price.

What did I get myself into? -_____- Not only is the return window closed by now, I'm stuck with a discoloured iPhone (on the back, apple logo), terrible fit (it gaps, the silicone doesn't properly fit around the case so a lot of dust came in, before you ask.. yeah I thought my iPhone was protected all this time but opened the case to see it was all scratched.), and a case I can't get rid of. Really wishing I hadn't purchased it in the first place and ruined my ridiculously expensive phone.
