Didn't protect my phone, and breaks all headphones

Even if you leave the flap open (then making the water proof claim useless) it tries to close and pushes your headphone connector out of place. It broke 3 pairs of headphones in less than a week. If you never use your speakers, headphones l, vibrate ring button, or volume this case works fine. Can't believe no reviews mentioned this major product defect.

But after I had it for a day (never dropped it) I noticed a crack on the back by the camera lens. I thought it was a hair just caught between cases but then realized it was indeed a crack! It is now chipped and I have to call otterbox and get a new one. I have had many many otter boxes and never had one break this quick. Think it was defective from the start.
