It's was an okay case... Hard to put on and take off and take off. Oh yeah and it cracked... Never dropped the case... One day I was taking it off to clean my phone and it just cracked.

A pain to put on and take off. Not charger friendly when using the lightening adapter.

My review is not about the quality of the product, but about the website being misleading. This is a quality case I would recommend to anyone, but do not trust the images on this website. I went to my local Best Buy location today to purchase this case after reading its positive reviews. The first store I stopped in said they could not locate the 3 units their system said they had in stock, so they sent me to another local location which had almost 10 available. When I arrived at the the next location, the associate could find any of their units either. That's when we (the associate and I) realized that the SKU listed on the website is assigned to the Teal version of this case, NOT the Admiral Blue. Both locations had ample quantities of the Teal case available, all scanning with the SKU listed on the website for the Admiral Blue version. I did not attempt to check a third location as I had already spent an hour. After learning of the discrepancy between the images online and the product in store, I would not trust purchasing this item from the website either, and instead purchased it through amazon.

This case is on par with the rest of their commuter cases for the iPhone. The rubber collects all the dust and lint from your pocket and the plastic is extremely hard to get off the phone. OtterBox customer service is terrible, just throwing that out there.

THE CASE MAY BE PROTECTIVE, BUT IS FAR TOO HEAVY TO BE USED WITH AN IPHONE 6S PLUS. GET TECH 21 CASE INSTEAD; ITS FAR LIGHTER AND PROBABLY MORE PROTECTIVE AND LETS YOU ENJOY YOUR NEW PHONE

I have always been a fan of otter box I will not use any other cases for my phones. But this particular case was very disappointing. The silicone is hard to keep clean and starts to turn colors. My pink started turning purple after a week.

I ordered this from online and the color does not look like the picture. It was a light blue color.. I took it back to the store. And I didn't see a otter box that look like the one online for any other type of Apple phone.

The description says it will fit the iPhone 6s Plus. Due to the minor size increase of the 6s Plus, the phone won't fit in the case. Immediate return. Even Best Buy couldn't get it to fit.

While many people give Otterbox rave reviews, I simply don't understand why. I purchased this with the idea it would be great, especially since my daughter had one on her older iPhone. When it came, it looked really great. But trying to put it on the phone was a nightmare! I know it's got to fit well in order to protect my phone, but wow! The Otterbox comes in two pieces, and while putting on the first layer was relatively easy, putting on the second was difficult and it caused my fingers to hurt! I have neuropathy, and even though some tasks are a bit painful, this hurt much more. Once it was on, the whole thing was so incredibly big, which made it harder to hold my phone and it was hard to actually reach the home button which is also where the phone scans for my fingerprint. I decided it wasn't for me, and started the process of removing it, which proved to be harder and even more painful than putting it on! I returned it to my local Best Buy, where my refund was cheerfully and immediately refunded with no questions asked! I commend Best Buy for the way they handled my return so I would give the return process five stars. I hope this review helps others realize that although Otterbox is great for many people, it may not be the best option for those who have limited mobility in their hands and fingers.

I've been looking for a case for my 6+ that would protect my screen and entire phone. However this one did not. So I returned it.

It makes your phone look really big and think the point to have an iPhone 6 is the looks not really efficiency

This case did not protect the phone at all. Phone broke the first time it was dropped on the floor.

Phone was protected at all . Otter products are good . This one not so much

We should all insist that our 1200 phones come scratch resistant!

Will not fit iphone 6s+ this new phone is bigger than the 6+

I don't care for this product. It's not what I expected

Not only was this case not waterproof, the protection mechanisms it has snaps headphones out of the jack. Even if you leave the flap open (then making the water proof claim useless) it tries to close and pushes your headphone connector out of place. It broke 3 pairs of headphones in less than a week. If you never use your speakers, headphones l, vibrate ring button, or volume this case works fine. Can't believe no reviews mentioned this major product defect.

Not sure if the guy who put iton cracked the case or what happened. But after I had it for a day (never dropped it) I noticed a crack on the back by the camera lens. I thought it was a hair just caught between cases but then realized it was indeed a crack! It is now chipped and I have to call otterbox and get a new one. I have had many many otter boxes and never had one break this quick. Think it was defective from the start.

Purchased this case to protect my phone. It fell from the smallest and slightest drop and my screen still cracked. The pink lining on the case got stained just from putting into my purse the first day I got it. Not worth the money!

The glass on my iPhone broke when I dropped it. The salesperson said it would protect the phone if it was dropped. I am very disappointed with Best Buy and this product.
