Otterbox warranty program is a pain in the foot with their immediate filing of proof of purchase to get a warranty. They are overpriced and too complicated to warranty. I gave a 3 because is was good for approx 2-3 months....

Our cases are not necessarily designed to be indestructible so much as they are intended to absorb the brunt of any impacts that would otherwise harm your device. So as long as your iPhone has emerged unscathed, we're going to call this a win and cut straight to the part where we send you a new replacement!
