When the phone slipped out of my hand, it landed on the floor not concrete. If had Otterboxes in the past that worked really well. This one does not do the job.

As for the removal of the case, we intentionally designed the unit to hug the device tightly. While this ensures maximum drop protection, it can sometimes result in a tricky installation. For assistance, please feel free to check out our installation video for the iPhone 6 Commuter series (link below).
