This is maybe my 3rd or 4th different phone with an OtterBox case and at lest my 2nd Commuter Series case. I've only had one issue over the years where a plastic piece got broken but it was due to improper removal of the case. I don't go out of my way to drop my phone but when it does these cases protect them well.
